Times were hard as we couldn't afford the urns the vets office was selling, we looked to Amazon to save the day and found this wonderful urn while we were waiting for our Cooper boys ash return. We were worried he wouldn't fit into it or it wouldn't be as beautiful as it turned out to be! Amazingly quick! I lost both of my dogs this year. My girls were "twins" from the same litter and had been together their entire lives, so of course they needed matching urns! I placed my order for two engraved urns and received confirmation the SAME DAY that my order had been processed, engraved, and shipped! I was skeptical that my order was going to arrive as I had specified with such a quick turn around time, but sure enough, when they were delivered the engraving was exactly as I had requested.
